1. Check iOS is up to date

Settings > General > Software update.
2. Restart your iPhone
Do the Iphone Restart completely. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons at the same time. Keep holding until the screen goes disappear. 3. Turn down the graphics

To disable, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion
4. No background app refresh
Some apps also refresh their content in the background. Everyone using facebook , twitter and therir feed will update without you manually updating when you open the app. it’s enhance the user experience but it occupies CPU cycles. To turn it off, speed up iphone
Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and tap the toggle switch off
5. Delete apps

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage and then tapping ‘Manage Storage’ under Storage.
Now you are seeing which apps taking more space so easily you can delete which is not used by you regurarly.
6. Turn off automatic updates
If you will see Updating apps in the background, it occupies your CPU devices. You can disable this feature and update your apps manually via the App Store app. It will also consumes battery and your data.
Start by turning off Automatic Downloads. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > and turn all the Automatic Downloads off.
