Step 1: Open the Window Settings or press (Win + I)

Step 4: Toggle ‘Set as metered connection’ click to ‘On’
Note: This is working for WiFi connection if you using another
WiFi connection then you have to set again metered connection and you have to again same it’s for Ethernet connection.
Method 2: To Stop The Windows Update Service
There is another method where you can stop Windows 10 Automatic updates.
Step 1. Open the Run command (Win + R) and type services.MSc and press Ok.
Step 2. There will be show Services list which appears find the Windows Update service and click on it.
Step 3. In ‘Startup Type’ –>under the ‘General’ tab <– change it to ‘Disabled’
Step 4. Restart your Pc/laptop.
